Food in the Bar and Lounge
The swan is pleased to announce the opening of the Lounge restaurant. Our chef Jo (Giuseppe) is recognised as the "Parmo King", formally from El Grecos and Dusk till Dawn. Jo has formulated a new menu to give diners a mouth watering, but excellent value for money, dining experience. Only fresh products are used in all of our dishes and are cooked freshly each day.

Currentley Tuesday - Friday 4pm - 8pm Sunday Carvery in The Carling Premier Suite 12noon - 2pm NEW OPENING HOURS FROM MONDAY 14TH JUNE 2010. MONDAY - FRIDAY 12 NOON - 7.30PM Larger Parties advance booking recommended to ensure table is available.

Premier Suite
The Carling Premier Suite plays host to our superb Sunday Carvery, served by our long standing Head Chef, Mr Alan Cramer. The suite boasts ideal surroundings for a small private lunch, or, bookings can be taken for a large family gathering or celebrations.
